Hunt & Fish in the Heart of South Alabama
Deer Park Plantation has over 1,250 acres in total with an 800 acre preserve that has been managed for trophy whitetail hunting. Inside the preserve you will find beautiful open fields, 15 elevated hunting blinds, a 2.5 acre waterfowl pond and two 12 acre lakes stocked with bass.

Whitetail Deer - Open for 2026 Season
Trophy bucks harvested from elevated box blinds overlooking managed food plots. Our deer herd is selectively managed for age and genetics.
Wild Turkey - Coming 2027
Spring gobbler season on the plantation is something to see. Longleaf pine ridges and open fields create ideal strutting grounds for mature longbeards.
Dove, Quail, & Pheasant - Coming 2027
Millet and sunflower fields draw massive dove flights. Quail & Pheasant hunting is available by arrangement.
Duck & Waterfowl - Coming 2027
Our managed lakes and duck pond attract waterfowl throughout the season.

The plantation's private lakes and ponds offer some of the finest bass fishing araound. Stocked and managed for trophy fish, our waters are reserved exclusively for estate guests.

Our main lake is managed for trophy largemouth. Catch-and-release encouraged on trophy fish.
Bream & Bluegill
The two 12 acre lakes are loaded with bream — perfect for families and younger anglers. Light tackle and cane poles welcome.
